摘 要:文章在笔记本计算机的硬件基础上建立了脐血流多普勒信号多参数分析的便携式系统。通过计算机声卡采集脐血流音频多普勒信号,然后进行传统的声谱参数分析、零极点模型分析、Teager算子分析和分形特征分析,应用Fisher多元判据法对四类特征参数进行分类决策,从而判断胎儿的生长情况。流速实验和临床试用的结果表明,该系统是有效的,可以应用于产科的临床诊断。In this paper, a portable multi-characteristic analysis system based on a notebook computer is described. The system is constructed for analyzing Doppler signals from umbilical arteries. Audio Doppler signals from the umbilical artery are sampled with the computer's audio signal acquisition card, and analyzed using four characteristic extraction methods: conventional method of spectrogram parameters, zero-pole model, Teager energy method and fractal method. With these four characteristic parameters, a Fisher multi-characteristic analysis method is applied to estimate the status of fetal growth. Experiments of the flow velocity measurement and clinical test results show that the system provides an effective means for obstetrical diagnosis.
