摘  要:以硫酸铁铵经 6 0 0℃高温焙烧制得一类新型固体酸催化剂 ,该催化剂在合成季戊四醇双缩苯甲醛中具有较高的催化活性 ,其优化条件是 :苯甲醛与季戊四醇物质的量比为 2 .0 :1,催化剂用量为 5 % (以醇的质量为准 ) ,回流温度83℃ ,反应时间 2 .5h ,在此优化条件下 ,反应产率为 87%。且催化剂容易制备 。NH 4Fe(SO 4) 2·12H 2O was a new type of solid acid catalysts which was prepared by calcination in 600℃ high temperature.The catalyst from calcination had high initial activity in synthesis of dibenzalpenlpentaerythritol.The yields were above 87% under the conditions which amount of substance molar ratio of benzformaldehyde and pentaerytritol was 2.0 to 1,the catalyst is 5%(i,e.,5% of the mass of pentaerythritol), the temperature is 83℃ and the time is 2.5 h.The catalysts could be recovered ealily and used repeatedly for many times.
