摘 要:面向航空航天器关键板状结构形态变化主动监测研究领域,以一种表面正交网状粘贴电阻应变片的柔性悬臂板结构为实验模型,提出了一种基于二维曲率数据的空间曲面形态重构算法.首先,基于分布式应变片网络检测结构表面双向正交应变信息,并将结构测点应变信息转化为曲率数据;其次,在板面建立由空间曲线阵列组成的正交曲线网,在正交曲线网上建立运动坐标系;然后,利用给定的边界条件和节点曲率信息计算节点坐标,同时利用两个正交曲率的耦合关系,对正交两个方向坐标系进行坐标变换,实现节点坐标的递推运算;最后,构建了实验模型结构和可视化实验平台,并进行实验验证与算法比较分析.实验结果表明,本文所提形态重构算法有效可行,不仅可精确实现结构纯弯形态重构,同时对扭转形态具有优良的重构效果.A new space curved surface reconstruction method using two-dimensional curvature data is proposed in this paper,for active shape monitoring for key plate structure of spacecraft. A flexible cantilever plate structure bonding with orthogonal resistance strain gages arrays is employed as experimental model. Firstly,orthogonal two-direction strain information of the structure surface is obtained using the distributed strain gauge arrays,and then it is transferred to two-dimensional curvature data. Secondly,orthogonal curvilinear nets consisted by space curve arrays are built on the plate surface,and a movement coordinate system is established in the orthogonal curvilinear nets; Then,using the given boundary conditions and the node curvature information,node coordinates are computed recursively,by orthogonal two-direction coordinate transformation according to the coupling relationship of the two orthogonal curvature.Finally,a visualization experimental platform is built,comparative analysis and experiment validation is done. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible,with good reconstruction performance for pure bending shape and torsional shape.
