摘　　要：引入现代油藏经营管理的概念 ,分析影响油藏经营的相关业务。在剖析传统的以开发油田为目标的“接力赛”工作模式不足的基础上 ,提出围绕潜在可经营油藏这一核心资源建立“篮球赛”工作模式。结合海洋油田开发方案前期研究的实际情况 。The paper describes the concept of modern reservoir management and ana lyses the aspects related to the reservoir operation and management. Based on an alyzing the limitation of traditional 'one-by-one' working mode which is aim ed a t developing oil field, the paper puts forward new 'basketball match' working mo de which is aimed at emphasizing potential reservoir. Based on the concept and m ode of modern reservoir management and combined with the actual situations of ea rly researches on offshore oilfield development plan, the multidisciplinary coor dination is pointed out to be an effective approach to improve the technical lev el and management level of offshore oilfield development plan.
