广东省基层医护人员卫生应急培训状况及培训需求分析

摘　　要：目的探索广东省基层医护人员接受卫生应急培训的现状及其培训需求。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法,在2010年7月至10月,对广东省15个城市中120家基层医院的3 410名医护人员对进行匿名问卷调查,了解其接受卫生应急培训的现状和培训需求。结果有33.3%被调查者从来没有参加过卫生应经培训,有35.3%从未参加过卫生应急演练,其中农村医护人员未参加过培训和演练的比例均高于城市医护人员(χ~2=60.95,P<0.05)。在7项卫生应急相关知识中,基层医护人员自评掌握和部分掌握得最好的是"突发公共卫生事件媒体沟通知识",占52.9%,而自评掌握最差的是"突发公共卫生事件现场急救知识",占23.2%。有54.9%的被调查者认为目前他接受的卫生应急培训能满足其需求,其中城市医护人员的比例高于农村医护人员的比例(χ~2=9.59,P<0.05)。有78.4%的被调查者认为,在应对突发公共卫生事件时,最需要培训的人是"所有医护人员",其次是传染病相关医护人员(8.8%)。认为自己需要培训的内容排在前三位的是:卫生应急法律法规(54.8%)、风险管理(50.0%)和卫生应急的监测与预警(45.5%)。结论广东省基层医护人员对卫生应急的培训需求较大,他们接受卫生应急培训不足,应加强对基层医护人员的卫生应急培训,提高他们卫生应急处置能力。Objective To explore the status of training and training needs about health emergency of primary care physicians of Guandong Province and to provide a scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate health emergency policies. Methods Stratified clustered sample method was used in the anonymous questionnaire to investigate the status of training and training needs about health emergency of 3 410 primary care physicians from 120 hospitals in 15 cities of Guangdong Province,China,from July 2010 to October2010. Results The physicians accounting for 33. 3 % have never participated in the training of health emergency,35. 3% of them have never participated in the training of health emergency drill,and the rate of rural physicians was significantly higher than that of urban doctors( χ~2= 60. 95,P < 0. 05). Regarding the master of 7 emergency knowledge,most primary care physicians( 52. 9%) mastered media communication for health emergency,while the number of physicians grasping field first aid knowledge were the least( 23. 2%). The physicians for about 54. 9% thought that the accepted health emergency training met the requirements of them,and the rate of urban physicians was significantly higher than rural physicians( χ~2=9. 59,P < 0. 05). The physicians for 78. 4% believed that all of medical staffs should participate in the training of health emergency. The most needed training contents were laws and regulations of healthemergency,risk management and monitoring and early warning for emergent events of public health.Conclusion Training needs of primary care physicians are large in Guandong Province,but the training is apparently insufficient. Health administrative departments should strengthen the training of health emergency for primary care physicians to enhance their health emergency response capabilities.
