摘  要:目的研究转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)基因869T/C(Leu10Pro)位点多态性各等位基因及基因型在广西人群中的分布频率,对比不同种族之间的分布差异。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术和DNA测序法检测210例广西人群TGF-β1基因869T/C(Leu10Pro)位点多态性,并结合相关文献,比较其在不同种族间的分布差异。结果广西人群TGF-β1基因869T/C(Leu10Pro)位点表现为TT、TC、CC三种基因型,频率分别为25.2%、50.5%和24.3%。T、C等位基因频率分别为50.5%和49.5%。其基因型和等位基因频率在不同性别间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与埃及人和英国人比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在广西人群中存在TGF-β1基因869T/C(Leu10Pro)位点多态性,其基因多态性的分布频率在不同性别间比较差异不显著,但与其他种族人群比较存在显著差异。Objective To study allele and genotype frequencies in polymorphisms of TGF-β1 gene 869T/C( Leu10Pro)in Guangxi crowd,so as to analyze the distributions of it among different ethnic groups. Methods The TGF-β1 gene 869 T / C( Leu10Pro) polymorphisms of 210 people in Guangxi were examined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism( PCR-RFLP) method and DNA sequencing. And distribution disparity between different ethnic groups were compared combing with related documents. Results The TGF-β1 gene 869 T / C( Leu10Pro) showed three genotypes: TT,TC and CC,and the frequencies were 25. 2%,50. 5% and 24. 3%,respectively. Allele frequencies of T and C were 50. 5% and49. 5%,respectively. The allele frequencies and genotype distribution of TGF-β1 gene 869 T / C( Leu10Pro) had no statistically significant difference between men and women( P > 0. 05),but difference was statistically significant when comparing with the Egyptians and the British( P < 0. 05). Conclusion There are TGF-β1 gene 869 T / C( Leu10Pro) polymorphisms in Guangxi crowd,and difference of its distributions is not significant between men and women,but the difference is significant when comparing with other races.
