品管圈对提高肿瘤内科护理人员手卫生依从性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在提高肿瘤内科护理人员手卫生依从性的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确立以提高护理人员手卫生依从性为主题,对护理人员手卫生进行现状调查,分析影响手卫生依从性的主要因素,制定相应对策并实施,对实施前后手卫生依从性进行比较。结果品管圈活动前后手卫生依从性由19.15%提高至66.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);参与活动成员的责任心、沟通协调、自信心等综合素质均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈能有效提高肿瘤内科护理人员手卫生依从性,值得在临床上研究和推广。Objective To discuss effect of applying quality control circle in improving hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff in oncology. Methods A quality control circle group was established with the aim of improving hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff. Then a survey of hand hygiene status of nursing staff was conducted,major factors which impacted hand hygiene compliance were analyzed,related policies were formulated and implemented,and hand hygiene compliance before and after implementing the policies were compared. Results The hand hygiene compliance increased from 19. 15% to66. 30% after applying quality control circle,and difference was statistically significance( P < 0. 01). The involved nursing staff's comprehensive quality such as responsibility,the ability of communication and coordination as well as confidence drastically enhanced,and the difference was also statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Quality control circle can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff in oncology and it's worthy of clinical research and popularization.
