层级护理模式对ICU重症护理人员业务能力及护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察层级护理模式对重症加强护理病房(ICU)重症护理人员业务能力及护理质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1-12月医院工作的ICU重症护理人员174例为研究对象。2018年1-6月所有研究对象均采用传统护理管理模式;2018年7-12月所有研究对象均实施层级护理管理模式,实施前后所有研究对象均无变动。比较实施前后理论操作成绩、工作心理状态、护理质量。结果:实施后理论知识考核、操作技术考核等理论操作成绩均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后SDS评分低于实施前,抑郁发生率(6.32%)低于实施前(16.09%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后基础护理、病房护理、药品管理、器械管理等护理质量均优于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:层级护理模式可以有效提高ICU重症护理人员业务能力及护理质量。Objective:To observe the effects of hierarchical nursing model on the professional ability and nursing quality of intensive care workers in intensive care unit(ICU).Method:A total of 174 ICU intensive care workers from January to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.The traditional care management mode was adopted for all the study subjects from January to June 2018,the level-care management mode was implemented for all the subjects from July to December 2018,and there was no change in all the study subjects before and after the implementation.The theoretical operation results,work psychological states and nursing quality were compared before and after implementation.Result:The results of theoretical knowledge assessment and operation technology assessment after implementation were higher than those before implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS score after implementation was lower than that before implementation,and the incidence of depression(6.32%)was lower than that before implementation(16.09%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the basic nursing,ward nursing,drug management and device management after the implementation were better than those before the implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical nursing model can effectively improve the professional ability and nursing quality of ICU intensive care workers.
