摘 要:将PDCA循环作为管理技术的一个基本工具,对我院医技科室管理工作进行了6个季度共3个周期的深入研究。研究过程中以医技科室中的输血科为实例,将PDCA循环管理的理论方法引入输血科,使得输血科报告准确率、患者对服务的满意度均有了较大提高,与此同时,投诉数量也有了较大幅度的减少。认为将PDCA理论应用于医技科室管理中,可促进医技科室持续改进,使医技科室能更好地为医疗诊断服务,并与临床科室相互协调、共同发展。Taking PDCA cycle as a basic tool of management technology, the authors conduct in-depth research on the management of medical technical departments in the hospital over 6 quarters that are divided into 3 periods. In the research, the Blood Transfusion Department among medical technical departments is taken as the example, in which the theoretical methods of PDCA cycle management are introduced, greatly improving the report accuracy rate and patients' satisfaction with service of this department and meanwhile signiifcantly reducing the number of complaints. It is believed that PDCA theory applied in the management of medical technical departments is able to promote the continuous improvement of such departments and propel them to better serve medical diagnosis and develop together with clinical departments in a coordinated way.
