血浆内皮素-1在兔不全梗阻性膀胱中的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)在兔不全梗阻性膀胱中的改变及意义。　方法 :10只成年雄性新西兰白兔不全梗阻性膀胱[1 ,2 ] 为实验组 (分梗阻 3周组及梗阻 6周组 )及 10只同龄雄性新西兰白兔无梗阻性膀胱为对照组(分术后 3周组及术后 6周组 ) ,采用放射免疫分析技术对兔血浆ET 1进行研究。　结果 :实验组血浆ET 1含量较对照组明显升高 ,梗阻 3周组与梗阻 6周组相比无显著差异 ;对照组术后 3周组与术后 6周组相比无显著差异 (P>0 .5 )。　结论 :血浆ET 1的上调与兔膀胱不全梗阻的病理改变有着一定的内在联系 。Objectives: To investigate endothelin 1 in blood plasma of a rabbit model partial bladder outlet obstruction. Methods: We used the rabbit model of partial bladder outlet obstruction to study endothelin 1 in blood plasma with radioimmunoassay.Partial bladder outlet obstruction was induced in adult male New Zealand White rabbits(ten rabbits as experiment group,time of obstruction for three weeks and six weeks).Sham operated age matched rabbits acted as control(ten rabbits as control group,time of postoperation for three weeks and six weeks). Results: The endothelin 1 in blood plasma of partial bladder outlet obstruction were significantly increased(endothelin 1 in blood plasma was more in time of obstruction for three weeks experiment group than in time of postoperation for three weeks control group, endothelin 1 in blood plasma was more in time of obstruction for six weeks experiment group than in time of postoperation for six weeks control group, respectively( P <0.05), No difference in endothelin 1 in blood plasma has been observed in those with time of obstruction for three weeks experiment group and time of obstruction for six weeks experiment group( P >0.2). No difference in endothelin 1 in blood plasma has been observed in those with time of postoperation for three weeks control group and time of postoperation for six weeks control group( P >0.5). Conclusions: This suggests up regulation of endothelin 1 in blood plasma is associated with pathological changes of rabbit partial bladder outlet obstruction and it is diagnosis for partial bladder outlet obstruction.
