摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用彩色多普勒超声诊断继发性甲状旁腺增生的临床应用价值。　方法 :应用彩色多普勒超声技术检查 6 2例慢性肾功能不全患者的甲状旁腺 ,并观察甲状旁腺区彩色多普勒超声表现。　结果 :检出 33例甲状旁腺增生性肿块 ,检出率为 5 3.2 %。二维超声表现为低回声区 ;彩色多普勒可见极丰富的血流 ;频谱多普勒为动、静脉血流。　结论Objectives:To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of hyperplasia of secondary parathyroid gland. Methods:Sixty two cases of parathyroid gland in patients with chronic renal failure were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography and the color Doppler ultrasonography manifestations were observed. Results: The accuracy of color Doppler in the detection of hyperplasia of parathyroid gland was 53.2 %. The ultrasonographic manifestations of hyperplasia of parathyroid gland was masses that were predominantly hypoechoic,rich color flow and arteral or veinal flow. Conclusions:Color Doppler ultrasonography is a new effective method in the diagnosis of hyperplasia of secondary parathyroid gland.
