黑龙江垦区农业信息化战略选择研究

摘　　要：针对黑龙江垦区信息化建设中出现的各种问题,在明确黑龙江垦区信息化建设战略目标的基础上,确定黑龙江垦区信息化战略选择的原则,选择重点突破带动全面推进战略、农垦地方区域信息化无缝对接、多元化发展战略、农业信息化带动农业现代化战略为黑龙江垦区信息化战略,确立了信息资源建设,农村信息服务为战略实施的重点。Aiming at various problems in the informatization construction of Heilongjiang land reclamation area, the construction of informatization of clear Heilongjiang province on the basis of the strategic objectives, determining the principle of Heilongjiang province informatization strategic choice, choosing the key breakthrough strategy of promoting the all-round, farming the local regional informatization seamless docking, diversified development strategy, the agricultural informationization promoting agricultural modernization strategy for Heilongjiang province informationization strategy. Then, this paper established the information resources construction and the key point of rural information service for the strategy implementation.
