江苏大丰野生麋鹿种群及其栖息地保护

摘　　要：19982006年,大丰麋鹿国家级自然保护区分4批共挑选53头麋鹿（♂17,♀36）放归自然,有计划地实施了在南黄海湿地建立野生麋鹿种群的工程。截止2015年,大丰野生麋鹿仔4代（F4）已在野外诞生,种群数量已达265头。实践证明,对大丰野生麋鹿种群的恢复,重在保护好栖息地;适度实施人工生境改造,营造野生麋鹿栖息所需的自然环境。今后的保护工作,建议开展远缘个体交换,提高麋鹿种群遗传多样性,减轻人为干扰,加强科普宣教,不断提高公众保护意识,促使大丰野生麋鹿种群健康发展。A program to establish a wild population of Pere David's deer(Elaphurus davidianus) in Dafeng Milu National Nature Reserve was implemented from 1998 to 2006.Fifty-three deer(♂ 17,♀ 36) were released to the wild.The F_4 generation was born in the wild,and the number of wild Pere David's deer reached 265 in 2015.The program demonstrated that habitat protection was the key point to recovery and development of a wild population of Pere David's deer,and the moderate habitat reconstruction was necessary and effectively.In the future,genetic exchange between different groups,reduction of human disturbance,and reinforcement of propaganda and education to arouse more public protection consciousness are necessary to promote the wild population conservation of the Pere David's deer in a correct and healthy way.
