摘　　要：大学生先进典型对大学生健康成长有着重要引导作用,要发挥其榜样示范作用,必须遵循真实性和多样性原则,适合当今大学生的心理特点,典型教育的方式也应易于大学生接收、更能发挥学生主观能动性。因为多种因素的影响,先进典型的榜样示范作用未能有效发挥,应在典型的选树、宣传、培养以及教育方法上进行改进。College student models will plan an important role upon college students' healthy development,while to play the demonstration role,universities and colleges must adhere to the principles of reality and variety as to suit their psychology characteristics and the education ways must be easy for college students to accept as to give full play to their subjective initiatives.Influenced by many factors,college student models' demonstration role has not been well played,so some improvements must be made in models' selection,publicity,cultivation and education.
