摘　　要：留学生的管理工作是外交工作的重要组成部分。做好来华留学工作是加强我国与世界各国人民的友好往来 ,扩大我国政治、经济影响的桥梁与纽带。本文结合锦州医学院的实际情况 ,提出了适合锦州医学院的留学生教育、管理的措施。The management of overseas students plays an important role in the foreign affairs. Especially, the management of the foreign students who are studying in China is considered a bridge and a tie to strengthen the relationship between other countries and ours to enlarge the political and economic influence of our country. This paper,according to the actual situation of our college,explores a new kind of overseas-student management system which suits our college.
