常州市中学女生体育活动现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查等研究方法,对常州市中学女生的体育活动现状进行了调查分析,结果表明:多数女生喜欢体育课,且动机良好;对体育运动项目选择广泛;课外参加锻炼情况一般;学生自我锻炼意识差;掌握的体育理论知识与自我锻炼的方法较少。According to the investigation and analysis on the present situation of physical education of the girl students in middle school in changzhou by the way of questionnaire and so on. It states many girl students are interested in P.E classes and cherish a good intention; They have a wide variety of choices for the events. The situation of training in outside class is ordinary. But they have a weak sense of participation and lack in physical knowledge and ways of training .
