摘　　要：根据警察的角色定位,警察的言语行为规范具有三个方面的特征:一、礼貌文明,满腔热情。二、掌握策略,谦让克己。三、遵纪守法,尊重人格。按照警察言语行为规范进行言语交际,能体现出警察的职业角色特征,树立警察在人民群众中的良好形象。According to the role position of the police, the language behavior norm of the police has 3 Characters. First, they should be polite, enthusiastic and embody the aim of the police. Secondly, they must master the tactics, decline the modesty and break up the contradiction. Thirdly, they should abide by the law, respect others and have high moral principle.
