摘　　要：遴选单音词必须以明确区分音节和单音语素、明确区分词素和词为基础。多义语素的研究,在以汉字为凭借的同时必须打破汉字字形的束缚,以义项为单位从义项出发进行语素成词分析。现代汉语单音词确定的难点在于必须弄明白一般不单用,只在一定条件下才能成词的语素项的范围究竟有多大,以及这些语素项赖以成词的条件有哪些。这一难题,主要存在于一般单音词中。In consideration of the relative backward situation of modern Chinese monosyllabic word research, this paper, focusing on the discussion of the scope of Chinese monosyllabic words in particular, is going to deal with the difficulties of recognizing monosyllabic words and their solutions. What are the modern Chinese monosyllabic words can be ascertained by the help of the entries in the dictionaries of modern Chinese. To select the monosyllabic words one must make clear the difference between syllables and monosyllabic morphemes and the difference between morphemes and words as well. The research of polysemous morpheme must break the restrains of the Chinese characters when it depends on the shape of them and should be accomplished from the angle of taking sense as a unit to analyze how morphemes constitute words. The difficulty of ascertaining the monosyllabic words lies in that one must make clear how great the scope of 搕he morphemes usually not used by themselves, only under certain conditions?is, and also what are the conditions under which the morphemes are able to form words. This problem mainly dwell in the common monosyllabic words.
