阳痿的病因分类和治疗

摘　　要：对110例阳痿患者,通过病史、实验室检查、罂粟碱试验、阴茎血压指数(PB1)、阴茎海绵体造影、阴部内动脉造影、尿流动力学等有步骤地检查,诊断为精神性阳痿61例(55.5％),静脉性29例(26.4％),动脉性4例(3.6％),神经性2例(1.8％),内分泌性3例(2.7％),不明原因11例(10.0％)。针对阳痿的不同病因,分别给予心理、中药、阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物,治疗效果显著。部分病人采用阴茎血管重建术和阴茎背深静脉结扎术等手术治疗,均治愈。本文提出了对阳痿病因的诊断步骤以及相应的治疗方法。110 cases of impotent pstients were diagnosed by history physical examination, laboratory profiles of hormonal changes, papaverine test, PBI, cavernosography, arteriography, urodynamic studies and bulbocavernosus reflex latency time. It was found to be psychogenic in 61(55.5%), vascular in 33(30.0%), neurogenic in 2(1.8%), endocrine dusfunction in 3(2.7%), unknow causes in 11(10.0%). According to the causes of impotence, psychothcrapy, Chinese herb medicine, intracorporeal papaverine injection, revascularization of corpus cavernosum or ligation of thd deep dorsal vein of penis were instituted. The patients reponded well to the treatment with resultant satisfaction. The methods of diagnosis and treatment were proposed.
