摘　　要：报告了24例静脉性阳痿。经海绵体造影显示静脉漏的部位和途径,其中Ⅰ型Ⅱ例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型1例,Ⅳ型和Ⅴ型各2例。罂粟碱试验是目前最佳的筛选试验。作者认为正确进行海绵体造影术,对指导临床选择手术方式,提高手术成功率有重要意义。24 cases venogenic impotence were diagnosed by the way of cavernosography. Intracavernosal injection of papaverine was the most useful screening test. Abnormal venous outflow and its pathways could be observed and confirmed on cavernosography studies. The indication of cavernosography was discussed. It is helpful to confirm the pathways of venous leakage in choicing the surgical methods.
