摘 要:实验应用玻璃微电极细胞内记录方法。研究了左心室条束的电生理特性。在左心室条束可记录到心室肌细胞、浦肯野纤维和移行细胞的跨膜静息电位和动作电位。暗红色条束与乳白色条束的电生理特性不同,其差异有显著性。乳白色条束难以探测到细胞的生物电活动。左心室条束纵轴上的细胞跨膜动作电位时程不等.自条束近侧端向远侧端逐渐延长。同时讨论了左心室条束电生理特性的临床意义。The electrophysiologic features of the left ventricular band were studied with intracellular record- ing method of the glass microelectrode.In the left ventricular band,transmembrane potentials of the ventricular myocardial,purkinje and transitional fiber were recorded.There are significant differences of electrophysiologic features between dark red and milk white band.It is difficult to detect the transmembrane potentials of fibers in the milk white band.The action potential dura- tion of fibers is changed along the long axis of the left ventricular band prolonged from the proxi- mal end to the distal end of the band.Clinnical significance of electrophysiologic features of the left ventricular band is discussed.
