左心室条束并早搏和心脏杂音46例临床分析

摘　　要：分析了46例左心室条束(LVB)与心脏生理性早搏、杂音的临庆关系。LVB 均经二维彩色多普勒血流显像仪检查显示,并经冻结摄片测量条束直径多在0.2～0.4cm 之间。LVB 是左室内的一种正常解剖结构,其内部含有浦肯野氏传导纤维,具有自律性与折返性,同时因血流使其震动而产生涡流,致使临床产生早搏及杂音。它不引起生理异常,不需特殊治疗。This artiele analysed the clinical relationship between LVB;physiologic extrasystoles and heart murmurs of 46 cases.All LVB were showed and measured by Two-Dimensonal Color Doppier Echocardiografty.After conglating image,most of their diameters were 0.2～0.4 cen- timeter.The LVB is an normal anatomic structure inside the left ventricle and includes the Parkin- je's conductive fibers which have the automaticity and the reentry.Because the blood flow makes LVB vibrating and forms turbulent flows,extrasystoles and murmurs are produced,LVB and not result in any ahnormal changes of the physiologic function and doesn't need special treatment.
