流行性腮腺炎采用如意金黄散联合矾冰液外敷治疗的疗效及护理体会

摘　　要：观察小儿流行性腮腺炎应用如意金黄散加矾冰液外敷治疗治疗效果及护理体会。选取该院急诊科于2014年3月至2015年3月收治的小儿流行性腮腺炎患儿71例,按入院编号随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组35例,采用常规方式加如意金黄散治疗;观察组36例,在对照组基础上,用如意金黄散与矾冰液合并治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果。观察组治疗总有效率97.2%,高于对照组88.6%,P<0.01。两组患儿退热时间、消肿时间相比也有显著差异,P<0.01。如意金黄散与矾冰液外敷治疗对小儿流行性腮腺炎具有显著疗效。To observe the effect of wishful golden powder with Alum for Children mumps. 71 cases of children with mumps which were at the emergency department of our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were treated,according to the admission number the random divided into observation group and control group. 35 cases in the control group,using conventional methods such as inter golden powder to treat; 36 cases were observed in the control group,based on wishful golden powder with ice were combined with alum treatment. The treatment of two groups of children was compared. The control group was 91. 2%,cooling time( 3. 1 ± 1. 4) d,swelling time( 4. 0 ± 1. 1) d; the rate of 97. 1% in the observation group therapy,cooling time( 2. 5 ± 1. 3) d,swelling time of( 3. 5 ± 1. 2) d,in the observation group the efficiency,cooling time and swelling time were significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). The Ruyi golden powder and alum-icing fluid lines combined with topical treatment for children with mumps have a significant effect.
