摘  要:本文报告了某丙烯磺酸钠生产车间接触氯丙烯工人肾功能检查结果。25名工人尿蛋白几何均数与正常对照组无显著差异;尿β_2-微球蛋白几何均数明显增高,尤以工龄大于5年者为著,其中尿β_2-微球蛋白超过正常上限的2名工人可能存在轻度肾小管重吸收功能障碍。但肾功能检查结果在慢性氯丙烯中毒诊断上的意义,尚不能与周围神经检查相比拟。今后有必要选用灵敏的肾功能检查指标作深入探讨。The levels of β_2-microglobulin in urine(β_2m-U)and serum(β_2m-S)as well as urinary total protein were determined in 25 workers occupationlly exposed to allyl chloride. Their ages ranged from 17 to 41 years with an average of 26 years. The length of exposure to allyl chloride varied from 0.5 to 11 years (mean 3.8 years). There were no significant differences between the allyl chloride-exposed group and the control group in the concentrations of β_2m-S and urinary total protein, whereas the concentrations of β_2m-U was significantly higher in the allyl chloride-exposed group(p<0.05), especially those in the workers whose exposure time was more than 5 years. Two workers with 5 and 6 years of exposure showed abnormally increased levels of β_2m-U. The results indicate that renal tubular function of reabsorption in the workers may be affected by long term exposure to allyl chloride.
