摘  要:成人高环境铅接触组(居住于乡镇铅冶炼厂周围)240人和低铅接触组123人铅毒生化指标及症状的检测和调查结果表明,高铅组BPb、ZPP最高值分别是488.400μg/L、11.60μg/g Hb,平均值(几何均数)男性为131.825μg/L、1.905μg/g Hb,女性为102.329μg/L、2.630μg/g Hb,均显著高于低铅组(男性51.286μg/L、1.288μg/g Hb;女性47.863μg/L、1.738μg/g Hb)。神经系统、消化系统及心血管系统铅中毒症状显著高于低铅组。ZPP与铅中毒症状相关的阈值为3.30μg/g Hb,而消化系统和心血管系统均为5.20μg/g Hb,定量结果表明神经系统对铅中毒比其它系统敏感。The biochemical indicators and symptoms of lead toxicity in the 240 environmental high lead-exposed adults who live around the township lead smelter and the 123 low lead-exposed were detected and investigated. The results showed that the maximum of BPb, ZPP in the lead-exposed are 488.40μg/L, 11.6μg/g Hb, and the average levels are 131.825μg/L, 1.905μg/g Hb in male and 102.329μg/L, 2.630μg/g Hb in female, which are higher than the low lead-exposed significantly. (51.28μg/L, 1.28μg/g Hb in male and 47.863μg/L, 1.738μg/g Hb in female) The symptoms in nervous, digestive and cardiovascular systems were significantly increased among the high exposed. The ZPP correlative threshold to symptom scores is 3.3μg/g Hb in nervous system, and 5.2μg/g Hb in digestive and cardiovascular systems, it reveals quantitatively that nervous system is more sensitive to lead toxicity than others.
