摘　　要：本文报道未接尘健康人、0、0^+、Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期矽肺患者血清HA测定结果,表明随着接尘情况和矽肺病情发展HA水平逐步增高,认为测定HA对矽肺的诊断和分期有一定帮助,并可作为接尘者一项辅助监测指标。The quantitation of hyaluronic acid(HA)in serum of the silicotic patients in 0, 0^+, Ⅰ and Ⅱ phases and healthy subjects without dust exposure was reported in this paper. The results indicated that HA level gradually raised with the degree of dust exposure and the progress of the course. The determination of HA is therefore considered to be helpful for the silicotic diagnosis and classification, and HA can be used as an adjuvant index for monitoring the subjects exposed to dust.
