摘　　要：近年来华数数字电视业务高速发展,存量机顶盒种类繁多、差异大,前端为避免数字电视节目列表更新造成的大范围机顶盒、网络等故障引发的负面影响,构建了数字电视业务转换平台,实现了全网分区域业务逐步转换,集中人力物力解决故障,提升用户满意度,并完成了平台级备份,提高了安全播出等级。In recent years,the rapid development of WASU Digital TV set-top box business,the stock variety,difference is big,the front-end to avoid negative impact a wide range of digital TV set-top boxes,list update caused by network fault bursts,construction of digital TV business platform,to achieve full network of regional business gradually conversion,concentrate manpower and material resources to solve the fault,time,space for customer service index,improve customer satisfaction and word of mouth,and the completion of a platform level backup,improve the level of safety broadcast.
