摘　　要：介绍了档案管理和知识库的基本定义,描述了档案管理和知识库对一个机构的重要作用,结合一个设计咨询机构的现状深入分析了档案管理和知识库的需求,分别从管理对象、操作、工作流程以及后台功能等几个方面对档案管理和知识库的建设需求进行了详细的阐述。This paper introduces the basic definition of archives management and knowledge base,describes the important role of archives management and knowledge base for an organization,combined with the status of a design consultancy in-depth analysis of archives management and knowledge base demands,respectively on the archives management and knowledge base construction demand from several management object,operation,workflow and background functions in detail.
