摘　　要：三网融合的背景下,有线网络与各电信运营商之间的业务进行相互融合、竞争,各电信运营商们不断地蚕食着广电最后一点传统业务——电视业务。针对当前现状,有线网络应加强对每一项工程的严格管理、考核,依靠建立项目经理的方式,实现突破转型发展。On the “triple play” background, between the wired network and the telecom operators business of mutual integration, competition, every telecom operators continue to erode the last point of traditional business focuses of broadcasting-TV business.In view of the current situation, the wired network to strengthen the strict management, each project appraisal, rely on to build the project manager mode, to achieve a breakthrough de-velopment transformation.
