100例老年糖尿病患者的血液流变学分析

摘　　要：目的:研究老年糖尿病与血液流变学的关系。方法:采用重庆麦迪克科技开发有限公司生产的MDK—B100全自动血液流变仪测定血液流变学各项指标。结果: 老年糖尿病患者的血液流变学多项指标与正常对照组比较均有差异 (p<0．05)或显著性差异(p<0．01)。结论:血液流变学改变与代谢紊乱有关。老年糖尿病患者血流变异常变化为治疗老年人糖尿病和延缓并发症的发生提供了新的实验依据。Objective: To explore the relationship between the elderly diabetes and hemorheology. Methods: Assess all kinds of hemorheolgic index by all self motion hemorheology instrument-MDK-B100 made in chongqing. Results: all kinds of hemorheology index of the elderly diabetes were significant difference comparing the normal groups(p< 0.05 or p< 0.01) Conclusion: the changes of hemorheology relate to the metabolism turbulence, the hemorheology abnormal changes of the elderly adiabetes patients provide the new laboratorial foundation for treating the elderly diabetes and delaying the complication.
