摘 要:针对新型UHMWPE材料防冻黏滚筒,选取影响冻黏强度的三个主要因素(温度、煤外在水含量和UHMWPE基体材料表面仿生凸包半径),进行了正交回归冻黏强度测试试验,得到了冻黏强度回归预测方程,并分析了各单一因素以及两因素间交互作用对冻黏强度的影响规律及原因。结果表明:冻黏强度随温度降低或外在水含量升高而先增加后趋于恒定,随仿生凸包半径增加而先减小后增加,三因素对冻黏强度影响程度为温度>仿生凸包半径>煤外在水含量;温度和煤外在水含量存在交互作用,共同对冻黏强度产生影响,当煤外在水含量较低(如10%)时,冻黏强度随温度的降低增幅程度减小,当温度较高(如-9℃)时,冻黏强度随煤外在水含量增加出现减小趋势。The problem of coal freezing adhesion on bend conveyorsurface in cold regions is serious and lacks study.Based on the anti-freezing adhesion roller using UHMWPE material,three main influencing factorsincluding the temperature,the free moisture content of coal and the radius of convex hull on matrix were selected for freezing adhesive strength test by orthogonal regression experiment.The regression forecasting model for freezing adhesive strength is obtained.The influence laws and reasons of single factor and two Factors are analyzed.Consequently,with regard to the single factor analysis,the freezing adhesive strength increases and then tends to be stable as the temperature decreases or the free moisture content of coal increases.The freezing adhesive strength decreases and then increases as the radius of convex hull on matrixincreases.The temperature and the free moisture content interact with each other and influence jointly the freezing adhesive strength.The amplitude increment of freezing adhesive strength as temperature decreases is smaller when the free moisture content of coal is low.The freezing adhesive strength shows a tendency that it decreases as the free moisture content increases when the temperature is higher.
