摘 要:目的探讨北京市朝阳区卫生机构员工对员工援助计划(EAP)需求的内容、方式及心理咨询对其的影响。方法采用问卷调查法对5350名北京市朝阳区卫生机构员工进行相关EAP的调查。运用SPSS 13.0对数据进行描述性分析。结果调查对象中50.7%的工作人员因工作压力而感到非常困惑、43.8%的人在职业发展上感到非常困惑;61.1%的人希望EAP帮助其解决工作压力问题;44.6%的人希望EAP帮助其解决情绪问题。调查对象最希望EAP采用一对一现场咨询、讲座及网络心理咨询的方式为其提供服务。67.8%的调查对象认为"心理咨询能够帮助人们更好认识自己,完善自己",54.8%非常希望或比较希望得到心理方面的帮助,85.9%没有接受过心理咨询,主要原因为工作太忙、没有找到合适的心理医生及咨询费太贵;49.2%希望EAP提供"咨询师实名,来访者匿名进行咨询"的网络咨询服务。④调查对象中半数以上希望EAP能提供如下8个方面主题的讲座:社会交往、医患沟通、婚姻倦怠期、焦虑状态、职业倦怠、愤怒管理、上下级沟通、职业生涯规划。⑤面对压力时70%以上的被调查对象都会持尝试解决、自我劝解或求助的态度。结论在北京朝阳区卫生机构员工中开展EAP服务既可行又十分必要,但需严谨设计,注意保护好服务对象的隐私。Objective To investigate the demand for Employee Assistance Program(EAP) among employee groups who work in health institutions in Chaoyang District of Beijing.Methods A total of 5350 employees were investigated by generally questionnaire.SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the data.Results50.7%of employees were very confused on pressure from work,43.8%of employees were very confused on the career development,61.1%of employees hoped that EAP help them to solve the problem of work pressure,44.6%of employees hoped that EAP can help them to solve the problem of emotional.Most employees hopde that EAP can provide services by the form of one site consulting or lecture or psychological consultation.67.8%of employees believed that counseling can help people to understand themselves better and improve themselves,54.8%of employees were eager to get psychological help,85.9%of employees did not receive counseling,because of their busy work or Inappropriate therapist or expensive consulting fees,49.2%of employees hoped EAP to provide the network consulting services that consultants by real—name,visitors by anonymous.?Employees groups hoped most that EAP can provide psychological lectures of social interaction,doctor— patient communication,marriage burnout,mental anxiety lectures,career planning,career burnout,leadership— subordinates communication and anger management,in total of 8 topics.Conclusions It is feasible and essential that EAP services carried out in the employee group,but it need to be designed rigorously and note privacy.
