摘 要:目的对福建省2006-2010年脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌进行分析,了解菌群的分布、变迁及分子分型特征。方法对样本进行细菌培养、表型鉴定和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)试验。结果 15株流脑样本中血清群构成比分别为A群73.33%(11/15),B群13.33%(2/15),C群6.67%(1/15),W_(135)群6.67%(1/15)。PFGE图谱及聚类分析发现,相同血清群分离菌株的PFGE酶切图谱相似度较高,不同血清群的脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌图谱呈多态性。结论 PFGE能够对脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌鉴定,福建省流行性脑脊髓膜炎流行菌群正发生变迁,但目前仍以A群为主,暂无优势型别。同时近年来先后出现B、C、W_(135)血清群并存的现象,应密切关注,以防流脑的暴发或者流行。Objective To understand the serogroup distribution,evolution and molecular subtyping by analyzing the pathogens of Neisseria meningitides(Nm) in Fujian Province from 2006 to 2010.Methods The bacterial specimens of Nm were examined in bacterial culture,phenotypical analysis and pulsedfield gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Results Among the 15 strains of Nm examined,serogroup A was73.33%(11/15),serogroup B 13.33%(2/15),serogroup C 6.67%(1/15),and serogroup W_(135) 6.67%(1/15).Bacterial strains of the same serogroups were relatively similar based on the PFGE enzyme digestion mapping and clustering analysis,while strains of different serogroups appeared diversified in the PFGE mapping.Conclusions PFGE can be used for typing of bacterial strains of Nm.Our analyses provide evidence for the dynamic changes of Nm population in Fujian Province in which no single dominant serogroup exists while serogroup A was the most prevalent serogroup coexisting with serogroup B,C and W_(135).Our findings suggest that surveillance on serogroup epidemic and outbreaks should be monitored closely,in order to prevent outbreak or epidemic meningitis.
