包头市女性居民健康认知与健康生活方式的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨包头市女性健康认知水平与其生活方式之间的关系。方法采用分层等比例随机抽样方法,对包头市女性常住居民进行问卷调查。根据评分标准将健康认知分为高、中、低,利用趋势卡方检验分析认知与健康行为之间的关系。结果吸烟危害认知水平与主动吸烟行为无关(χ~2=0.383,P=0.536)。吸烟危害认知水平与避免被动吸烟行为存在相关关系(χ~2=30.982,P=0.000)。饮酒危害认知水平与饮酒行为之间无关(χ~2=0.069,P=0.892)。适量运动益于健康认知水平与运动行为之间存在线性关系(χ~2=64.698,P=0.000)。膳食知识掌握程度与合理膳食行为存在线性关系(χ~2=11.119,P=0.001)。结论包头市女性居民健康认知水平与其不良生活方式不完全相关。Objective To explore the relationship between cognitive level on health and health-related behaviors of women in Baotou city for promoting health education and providing strategies for the prevention of chronic diseases.Methods Using the method of proportional stratified random sampling,a questionnaire-based survey was conducted on female residents of Baotou city.Health Awareness was divided into the levels of high,medium and low according to the scores in the survey.Using trend chisquare test,the relationship between health awareness and health-related behaviors was examined.Results There was no correlation between active smoking and the awareness of smoking being harmful(χ~2=0.383,P=0.536).However,the avoidance of passive smoking and the awareness of smoking being harmful to health was a linear correlation(χ~2=30.982,P=0.000).There was no correlation between the awareness of drinking being harmful and drinking behavior(χ~2=0.069,P=0.892).The awareness of exercise being beneficial to health and exercise behavior was correlated(χ~2=64.698,P=0.000).Dietary knowledge and beneficial diet-related behavior was correlated(χ~2=11.119,P=0.001).Conclusions Baotou female residents' healthy lifestyle is not entirely parallel to their health-related knowledge.
