摘  要:目的拟证实绝经后骨质疏松主要是通过降钙素基因多肽(CGRP)介导,探讨水蛭素对绝经后骨质疏松患者血清CGRP的影响。方法选取60例绝经后骨质疏松患者为试验组,测定血清CGRP水平,并与60例健康青年女性(对照组)血清CGRP水平对比;将60例绝经后骨质疏松患者随机分为3组(各20例)并分别给予脉血康胶囊1粒/次、3次/d,脉血康胶囊2粒/次、3次/d,脉血康胶囊3粒/次、3次/d,连续给药6个月。疗程结束时比较血清CGRP水平。所有患者在服药前、后均须监测血常规,肝、肾功能,凝血四项等指标以评价药物安全性。结果试验组患者血清CGRP水平(173.28±10.65)ng/L明显低于对照组患者的(232.05±3.61)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各试验组治疗后血清CGRP水平均较治疗前升高,且治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论水蛭素可提高绝经后骨质疏松患者血清CGRP水平且呈剂量依赖性。Objective To study the effect of hirudin on calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, and to prove that postmenopausal osteoporosis is mediated mainly by CGRP. Methods Serum CGRP levels of 60 paitents with postmenopausal osteoporosis(experimental group) and 60 healthy young women(control group) were measured and compared. The 60 cases with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into 3 groups and treated with different doses(1 pill/time, 2 pills/time, 3 pills/time, all 3 times per day) of hirudin(Maixuekang capsule)for 6 months. Serum CGRP levels were compared between different groups. All patients were monitored with blood routine, liver and kidney function, coagulation before and after treatment to evaluate drug safety. Results The serum CGRP level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group [(173.28±10.65) ng/L vs.(232.05±3.61) ng/L, P<0.01]., The serum CGRP levels in the three experimental groups after treament were significantly increased than those before treatment,and there were significant differences between different groups(all P<0.01). Conclusion Hirudin could increase the levels of CGRP in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients in a dose-dependent manner.
