摘  要:为了分析薄壁圆筒与药型罩的相互作用过程特性,对药型罩初期压垮、薄壁圆筒切割药型罩和径向扩张驱动药型罩3个过程进行了数值仿真。结果表明:采用薄壁圆筒内部化爆加载方式,可以增强药型罩破片群的径向驱动能量,提高药型罩的径向散布速度。该数值仿真结果可为药型罩破片群成型的相关结构设计提供参考。To analyze the characteristics of interaction process between thin cylinder and liner,three processes which include liner initial collapsing,thin cylinder cutting liner,and liner radial expansion driven by thin cylinder liner were simulated.The numerical simulation results show that the radial driving energy of the liner fragment can be enhanced and the radial dispersion velocity of the liner can be increased by using the internal explosive-loading mode of the thin cylinder.It provides a reference of the structure design of liner fragments forming of shaped charge liner.
