摘  要:以一种新型同步阀为研究对象,应用UG软件建立了三维几何模型,借助ANSYS CFX 14.5流体分析软件,用标准紊流模型模拟了阀内部流场内流体的同步分流情况及流动状态,得到了阀内部的压力场、速度场等流体状态。对阀改进前模型的数值模拟结果表明分流精度很低,同步精度不存在理论性误差,原因是结构不合理,导致节流口面积不能补偿负载压差的影响。故对阀结构改进后,分流精度得到了较大程度的提高。所得阀内部流体的压力和速度的分布情况,为合理改变同步阀结构及节流口面积函数提供了参考依据。With a new type of synchronous valve as the research object, we use the software UG to establish a three-dimensional geometric model, and with the help of the software ANSYS CFX 14.5, we use a standard turbulence model to simulate synchronous flow distribution and flow state of fluid in flow field inside a valve. The numerical simulation before valve improvement shows that the result is not very ideal, and the valve has no principle error in synchronization accuracy because throttling mouth area cannot compensate for the influence of load differential pressure due to unreasonable structure. After the improvement of valve structure, the flow-dividing accuracy has been greatly improved. The distribution of pressure and velocity of the fluid inside the obtained valve provides a reference for reasonably changing structure of synchronous valve and area function of throttle orifice.
