摘　　要：文章首先指出近年来国际上移动通信多种网络发展的趋势,说明移动IP协议的作用,然后具体提出支持网络移动性的要求。This paper begins with mentioning the tendency of developing mobile communications over the whole world, which is not limited by 3G cellular systems. Then, it explains the application of mobile IP. Finally, it specifically points out the requirements to support network mobility.
