摘　　要：从社会学的视角来看,我国大学制度文化中的主体,也就是谁制定大学制度、大学制度维护谁的利益、谁执行大学制度。这样的制度化过程逐渐形成了以行政文化为主导的大学制度文化。Sociologically speaking,the subjects of university system culture are those who establish and implement university system and those whose interest is maintained by the system.The process of such systematization promotes the emergence of a university system dominated by administrative culture.
