摘　　要：目前业界对防焊丝印网版的清洗方式用得较多的有两种,一种是用碎布沾洗网水人工清洗,另一种是洗网机+洗网水清洗。人工清洗主要存在对人体伤害大;而机器清洗前期投入较高。为了解决防焊网版清洗对人体的伤害,减少对环境的污染,特展开防焊网版的清洗新技术研究,主要以碳酸钠溶液浸泡方式替代洗网机+内层废稀释剂及洗网水。At present, there are two kinds of cleaning technology of S/M silk screen which are widely used in PCB industry: one is artifi cial cleaning with rags and screen washing agent, the other is machine cleaning with screen washing machine and agent. The former is harmful to the workers' health while the latter costs much in early stage. To avoid health risk and reduce environment pollution, a research on the new technology of S/M silk screen cleaning is launched to replace the screen washing machine, inner layer waste diluents and washing agent with sodium carbonate solution.
