摘  要:提出了一种解决光纤位移传感器对温度的交叉灵敏度问题的方法。该方法基于多传感器信息融合理论,通过增设温度传感器,将位移传感器和温度传感器的输出进行融合处理,实现了软件补偿,降低了交叉灵敏度系数,为存在交叉灵敏度的传感器的实用化设计提供了一种新思路。实验表明,融合处理后光纤位移传感器的温度灵敏度系数降为原来的1/3,测量准确度和系统稳定性均得到提高。A new method to solve optical fiber displacement sensor's cross- sensitivity problem introduced by temperature is presented, which is based on the theory of multi- sensor data fusion. To reduce coefficient of cross- sensitivity, in this method, a digital temperature sensor is added, outputs of displacement sensor and temperature sensor are fused, and compensation through software is introduced. The experiment shows that coefficient of temperature sensitivity of the optical fiber displacement sensor is reduced to one third of what it was. In addition, both accuracy of measurement and stability of the system are improved. A new idea for utility design of sensors with cross- sensitivity is proposed.
