摘　　要：本文对铜带气垫炉生产线的设备配置和生产线上的张力分段进行了简单的介绍,特别是对小张力控制的多种形式进行了分析论述,并结合某企业的气垫炉生产线上小张力控制的实际情况,介绍了其硬件配置和控制策略框图。本文对生产线上小张力控制的设计与应用有很好的借鉴作用。The paper briefly introduced the equipment configuration of the copper strip air - cushion furnace product line and the tension subsection case. Specially analyse and discourse upon a lot of forms of the small tension control. Combined a practice instance that small tension control of air - cushion furnace production line produced in the some enterprise, to introduced to it's hardware configuration and control strategy frame. This paper to the design and application for the small tension control of production line has good use for reference.
