摘  要:目前全球共有约600台氧气转炉正在运行,年产量约45000万t,占总产量的60%左右。自从1952年奥钢联公司在奥地利林茨投产了第一台转炉以来,经过50年的持续改进,现代化高效转炉的设计,能够应对高温、机械冲击和热应力等恶劣条件的挑战,在延长炉壳寿命、增大装料量、降低维护要求等方面取得了很大进展。悬挂系统是延长炉壳寿命的重要因素。为经济生产优质钢种,还开发了副枪、挡渣器、底吹和综合自动化系统。Today, there are about 600 oxygen-blowing converters in operation worldwide which produce approximately 450 milliont/a of steel.This accounts for roughly 60% of the total steel produced worldwide. The modern, high-performance LD(BOF) converter is the product of continuous improvements over the past 50 years, ever since VOEST-ALPINE commissioned the first converter in 1952 in Linz, Austria.The engineering of such equipment which is exposed to extreme condition of high temperatures, mechanical impact and thermal stress is a formidable challenge. Dramatic improvements have been made with respect to the lifetime of the vessel, increasing charging weights and decreasing maintenance requirements. The suspension system is of high importance in achieving a long lifetime. To produce high quality steel grades and to improve the economics of operation components such as the sublance, slag stoppers, bottom stirring and sophisticated automation systems have been developed.
