摘　　要：提出了一种将彩色文本图像分割为背景、图像、文字和图形区域的算法。该算法在一种改进的RGB-椭圆彩色模型上,对每一个分量进行若干次小波变换后的高频小波系数块进行直方图特征分析,并应用粗糙集的分类思想,将彩色文本图像分割为相应的区域。实验结果表明,该算法能得到较好的分割效果。An algorithm to segment color document images into four different classes--background, photograph, text and graph is developed. By use of a modified RGB-ellipse color model, several features from the histogram of high-frequency wavelet transformed sub-bands are got to classify the color document image into the according regions guided by the rough set theory. The simulation shows that its performance in segmenting color document image is perfect.
