摘 要:用化学气相渗(CVI)工艺制备的碳布重复层叠的二维碳/碳复合材料在碳布平面内是正交各向异性的,沿纤维束方向的试样,拉伸强度和弯曲强度远远高于与碳纤维束成45°角的试样,其拉伸和弯曲破坏方式分别表现为碳纤维断裂和碳布层间开裂。而与纤维束成45°角的试样的拉伸和弯曲破坏则表现为碳布的经向、纬向纤维束接点的开裂。通过碳布按不同方向层叠来提高复合材料在层面内的各向同性是行之有效的,随着相邻两层碳布中纤维束夹角的减小,复合材料的各向同性增加。复合材料的拉伸强度缓慢降低,最后趋于稳定值,弯曲强度先降低后又增加,最终恢复到与碳布重复层叠的碳/碳复合材料沿纤维束方向的水平。2 D-carcon/carbon composites,as as tack of carbon fabrics densified by chemicalvapor infiltration(CVI)technique,have strong anisotropic characteristic when car-bon fabrics are laid up in the same direction.Tensile and flexural strengthes of sa-moles along the direction of fiber bundles are by far larger than those of samplesalong the direction in an angle 45° with fiber bundles.The failure mechanism ofthe composites is different in two different directions,tensile and flaxural failuresof samples along the direction of fiber bundles result in fiber failure and delamina-tion respectivelly,while those of samples along the direction in an angle 45° withfiber bundles result in only nodes break of fiber bundles.It is able to increase theisotropic extent of composites by laying up carbon fibrics in different angles.with theangle of fiber bundles between two neighbouring carbon fabric decreasing,isotropicextent of composites increases,then tensile strengthes of composites decreasa slowlyand keep constant finally,however flexural strengthes of composites decrease a littleand then increase to the level of samples along the direction of fiber bundles,inwhich carbon fabrics are laid up the same direction.
