摘　　要：目的探讨肺出血肾炎综合征的临床影像学表现。方法回顾性分析了5例经肾穿刺活检证实的肺出血肾炎综合征的临床影像特点。结果因病变时期不同而影像学表现呈多样化,典型表现为由肺门向肺野散布的斑点状或片状阴影(2例),多发团块状影1例,网状影及柯氏B线1例,CT示有含铁血黄素沉着1例。结论本病有典型的临床及影像学表现,肾穿刺活检阳性是确诊的依据。Objective To discuss the clinical manifestations and imaging features of Goodpasture's syndrome.Methods The clinical manifestations and imaging features of 5 patients with Goodpasture's syndrome confirmed by kidney aspiration biopsy were analyzed retrospectively.Results On CT images in all patients,the characteristic CT findings were mottling and patchy shadows dispersed from hilum pulmonis to pulmonary field in 2 cases,multiple massive shadows in l case,reticular shadows and Kerley's B line in acase,and hemosiderosis in l case.Conclusion Goodpasture's syndrome has typical CT features.The integration of imaging findings and kidney aspiration biopsy is basis to diagnose Goodpasture's cyndrome.
