摘　　要：介绍一种快速获得耳赝复体的方法。以常见病例的耳廓石膏模型为样件 ,进行CT扫描 ,获得三维数据 ,通过反求工程来完成耳廓形态的曲面重构 ,实体造型 ,由重建曲面的图片来建立耳廓图像数据库 ,患者可在医生的指导下从数据库中选择合适的耳 ,根据患者的选择结合快速原型制造技术 。Currently,auricular deformities or absence of the auricle is a common disease in clinic.A new method to design and fabricate auricular prostheses is introduced in this paper.Auricles' plaster cast is scanned to gain their three dimensional data.Then the auricles' surface and entity based on the data is reconstructed.Using the surfaces' pictures we establish the ear picture database.The suitable auricular prostheses choosed from the database under the doctors' directions can be fabricated based on the rapid prototype.
