摘　　要：通过正交试验设计了半高速钢轧辊的化学成分 ,性能测试结果表明 ,半高速钢材料的耐磨性约为贝氏体球墨铸铁材料的 2倍 ,并研究分析了钒、钼、钨。The chemical composition of easy-cut high speed steel for roll was design by orthogonal table.The performance testing results show that the resistant wearing of this material is about two times of bainite ductile cast iron roll.Therefore,the influence of V,Mo,W and C on the microstructure and performance of easy-cut high speed steel for roll were researched.
