摘  要:研究了用氧化共沉淀方法制备掺锑纳米二氧化锡粉料的适宜工艺条件 ,探讨了前驱体的快速洗涤分离。结果表明 :通过降低前驱体的溶剂化作用 ,可促使胶粒聚集 ,从而可有效加快洗涤分离前驱体的速度。可以解决使用沉淀法制备超细 (纳米 )粉体过程中存在的沉淀难以洗涤分离的弊端 ,为工业上利用沉淀法制备掺锑纳米SnO2The technological conditions of preparation of Sb doped SnO 2 nano powder via oxidation coprecipitation (such as nano powder grain size was effected by prohibiting gathering agent polyalcohol molecular weight), and the method of washing and separation of the precursor during preparation of Sb doped SnO 2 nano powder via oxidation coprecipitation were studied. The results show that the filter washing speed of precursor can be improved by lessen precursor solvation. This method and principle of washing and separation of precursor can also be used to other nano powders preparation with precipitation method, and Sb doped SnO 2 ultrafine powders can be prepared easily in industry.
