摘  要:目的建立描述热水膜烫伤皮肤组织的数学模型 ,分析其传热过程规律 ,对烫伤程度进行预测并对比吹气和拭薄水膜两种反应的效果。方法基于Pennes生物传热方程建立热水膜与皮肤组织相互作用的一维多层结构模型。结果利用有限差分方法数值求解得到皮肤组织内的温度分布 ,根据Arrhenius假设预测组织的烫伤程度。结论该模型可用于热水膜烫伤皮肤的传热分析和烫伤预测。计算结果表明 ,拭薄水膜比吹气更能有效地减轻对皮肤的损伤。Objective To model skin burn process subjected to a hot water film, to analyze the rule of heat transfer process in the skin and to evaluate the beneficial effects of blowing and/or wiping when the incident occurs. Method A one-dimensional multi-layer model was developed basing on Pennes′ bioheat transfer equation to characterize the skin burn process resulted from a hot water film. Result Transient temperature distributions were numerically calculated using an implicit finite difference method to solve the Pennes′ bioheat transfer equation. A damage function describing the extent of burn injury was then calculated using the Arrhenius assumptions. Conclusion The model can be used to predict the effects of water film thickness and initial water film temperature on the damage function distributions and to analyze the beneficial effects of blowing and wiping on the burn injury. The numerical results showed that wiping is usually more effective.
